Happy New Year!
I hope you were able to find time to relax, unwind, and treat yourself during the holidays. As we find our way back to "normal" during this post-holidays haze and think about what we might like to try this year, it's a good time to let you know about the group classes I'll be teaching at Red River College's campuses during the winter.
*REMINDER: these classes are open to the community. You do not have to be a student or staff member to attend. If you are a student, classes are free!*
Notre Dame campus - south gym:
Mondays: 4:15 - 5:15 pm. These classes are on the active side combining strength and dynamic movement. We'll explore classic yoga poses as well as PhysioLogic yoga and other non-typical poses and movements.

Thursdays: 12:05 - 12:50 pm. These classes will be on the more chill side to give you a nice physical and mental break during the day.

Thursdays: 4:15-5:15 pm. These classes will be on the more chill side to unwind from the day.

As with all the classes I teach, the focus is more on how you feel in a pose and less on how the pose looks.
